- • 1/4 Cup of Plain Flour
- • 2 Tablespoons of Corn Flour (Corn Starch)

- • 1/2 Teaspoon of Chilli Powder
- • 4 Cups of Vegetable Oil (1 Litre)
- • Tartare Sauce (for dipping)
